Robot2Business - the computerised integration of partly-autonomous, mobile machinery and processes into business and service models (R2B)

Business processes in the agricultural, construction and service industries are characterised by strong dependencies between the individual procedures and by random, unplannable factors such as technical faults and weather conditions. Deviations from the original plan tend to be the norm rather than the exception. IT experts and engineers are now investigating solutions which will enable such dynamic business processes to be controlled with confidence.

The aim is to develop a networked, Web-based communication platform that will automatically execute ongoing, dynamic business processes.
